Part-Time Draft Beer Technician – Fort Wayne, IN

My Beer Guy, Inc. seeks passionate, reliable team members committed to providing a superior customer experience in a timely and attentive manner. You will clean and service draft beer systems at assigned accounts while following company policies and standards.

Pay and benefits

• $16 per hour
• $15–$20 hourly rate depending on experience, as stated in the job posting
• $8–$10 per day gas allowance
• Compensation for drive time from home to your last account each day
• Commission pay from eligible accounts
• Two to four weeks of paid field training
• Tools and equipment provided
• Ongoing support from schedulers, the Service Manager, and business owners
• Performance review after 3–6 months, with potential for an incremental hourly rate increase
• Flexibility to set your schedule, provided it is communicated before your start date

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle
• Clean draft beer lines and perform basic troubleshooting and equipment repairs
• Complete assigned tasks at each account
• Keep accurate service and payment records
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Follow company policies and service standards
• Train new technicians and assist with other tasks as needed

Training and qualifications

New technicians receive theoretical training on company policies, procedures, and draft beer line cleaning, followed by paid field training. Candidates should be dependable, customer-focused, and able to travel between local accounts using their own vehicle.

Location and schedule

This is a non-remote, part-time position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Nights and weekends are off. The schedule is flexible when arranged with the company before your start date.
