WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

THE INVESTMENT WE WILL MAKE:
- Theoretical training on company policies, procedures, and draft beer line cleaning basics
- Flexible scheduling with prior communication
- 2-4 weeks of paid field training at $15-$20 per hour
- Daily gas allowance of $8-$10
- Compensation for drive time from home to last account daily
- Ongoing support from Schedulers, Service Manager, and Business Owners
- Provision of tools and equipment for draft beer line cleaning
- Commission pay from eligible accounts
- Performance reviews at 3-6 months with potential hourly rate increases
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle
- Perform minimal troubleshooting and repair of draft beer system equipment
- Keep accurate records of services and payments
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Complete all tasks at assigned accounts
- Adhere to all company policies and standards
- Provide job training to new technicians and assist with other tasks as assigned
