My Beer Guy, Inc. is seeking a part-time Draft Beer Technician to clean and service draft beer systems at local bars and breweries. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, customer service, and learning about the beer industry.

Training and Support
- Receive theoretical training on company policies, procedures, and draft beer line cleaning.
- Complete 2–4 weeks of paid field training at $15–$20 per hour.
- Receive a gas allowance of $8–$10 per day.
- Receive compensation for drive time from home to your last account each day.
- Use company-provided tools and equipment for draft beer line cleaning.
- Get ongoing support from schedulers, the service manager, and business owners.
- Earn commission from eligible accounts.
- Receive a performance review after 3–6 months, with the potential for an incremental hourly rate increase.
Responsibilities
- Maintain scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle.
- Perform basic draft system troubleshooting and repair equipment issues.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and payments received.
- Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Complete all assigned tasks at each account.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Train new technicians and assist with other duties as needed.
