Immoviewer US is seeking a highly skilled Drafter / Draftsman to join our team in Lima, Peru . Key Responsibilities Create precise technical drawings and blueprints based on architects' and engineers' specifications. Utilize 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop design concepts and presentations. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and specifications are met. Revise and update drawings according to project changes or feedback. Maintain detailed records of design processes, modifications, and team interactions. Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and construction permits. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Relevant drafting experience or related field expertise. Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities.
