Key Responsibilities Create accurate technical drawings and blueprints based on detailed specifications from architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Utilize advanced 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop design concepts and client presentations. Collaborate closely with project managers to track project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements. Conduct revisions and updates to drawings promptly in response to project changes or stakeholder feedback, maintaining version control. Maintain comprehensive records of design processes, modifications, and communications to support regulatory compliance and project audits. Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and construction permits, facilitating smooth project progression. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions that align with project goals. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Proven experience in drafting or related technical roles, with at least 2 years in a professional environment. Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills. Effective time management and communication skills to work efficiently within a team. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements. Preferred: Experience working on architectural or engineering projects in Peru or Latin America. Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory processes. Additional skills in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
