Drafter / Draftsman in Lima, Peru

Immoviewer is hiring a contract Drafter / Draftsman in Lima, Peru. In this on-site role, you will create and revise technical drawings for architecture and engineering projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate technical drawings and blueprints from architectural and engineering specifications.
• Use 2D and 3D modeling software to develop design concepts and presentations.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes and feedback.
• Maintain clear records of design processes, revisions, and team communications.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and construction permits.
• Gather client and stakeholder requirements and present design solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Relevant drafting experience or experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
