Pressure Routez Logistics – Austin, TX. WE’RE EXPANDING! HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Orientation & Training: Tuesday , July 21
Official Start Date: Wednesday , July 22 and after
Drivers must arrive at the warehouse by 6 AM daily to receive and load their assigned route.
Once your route is completed, you do NOT have to return to the warehouse.
Routes are managed through a delivery app that tracks each package and stop.
Drivers are required to upload proof of delivery documentation for every package delivered.

PAY STRUCTURE
Pay is per package delivered.
Drivers earn $1.60 per package.
Drivers also earn $0.30 for every double package delivered.
Opportunities are available to work multiple days per week for increased earnings.

Fuel Bonus Program
Drivers who complete 500+ packages in a week become eligible for a fuel bonus card to help offset fuel expenses.

Driver Referral Program
Refer a new driver to Pressure Routez. Once your referred driver successfully completes 2,000 delivered packages, you’ll receive a referral bonus.

Performance Raises
Drivers who demonstrate reliability, attendance, and strong delivery performance may qualify for a pay increase after their first 30 days.

Own a reliable sedan or SUV
Full tank of gas
Full charged phone
Comfortable clothes & shoes
Bring a Sharpie (required)
Stay hydrated – bring water!
