Requirements (holds/has):
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Has a genuine passion for working with children under 5 years old
- Is caring, enthusiastic, reliable and committed
- Can create a warm, safe and stimulating environment for children
- Enjoys supporting children's learning and development through play
- Works well as part of a team and communicates positively with colleagues and families
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
