Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric bicycles to ensure safety and functionality.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and educating customers on bike features and maintenance.
• Assemble new electric bikes and upgrade existing models with the latest technology.
• Maintain an organized workspace with readily available tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and bike performance.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work for customer reference.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a solid understanding of bicycle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a technical repair role or relevant training preferred.
• Familiarity with electric bicycle technology and repair tools.
• Certifications in bike maintenance are a plus.
• 1-2 years of technical repair experience is advantageous.
