Education Referral Network Manager - Remote - Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a proactive and dedicated Education Referral Network Manager to join our team on a freelance, fully remote basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to work from anywhere within Mexico while playing a key role in expanding our educational referral network and enhancing program outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture referral relationships with therapists, BCBAs, teachers, college professors, daycares, tutors, ESL agencies, language schools, PreK-12 schools, affluent parents, homeschooling families, churches, colleges, universities, technical trade and vocational schools, and corporate professionals.
• Design and implement referral incentive programs targeting partners and parents.
• Track and analyze referral sources and conversion rates to optimize network growth.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with referral partners to foster long-term collaboration.
• Drive growth in recurring referral-based student enrollment to support Vyagale’s Academy’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in education services, therapy networks, or managing referral programs.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track data efficiently.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and families across educational settings.

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone.
• Safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction.
• Familiarity with virtual video platforms used for teaching dance and movement is a plus.

Contractor Expectations

This role is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, equipment, and scheduling while maintaining professional instructional quality and communication standards. Vyagale’s Academy supports contractors with enrollment coordination, scheduling assistance, and a collaborative teaching environment.
