Education Referral Network Manager (Freelance, Remote) – Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a freelance Education Referral Network Manager to grow student enrollment by building and managing referral relationships. This position is fully remote and open to candidates working anywhere in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with therapists, BCBAs, teachers, professors, daycares, tutors, ESL agencies, language schools, PreK–12 schools, families, homeschooling parents, churches, colleges, universities, trade and vocational schools, and corporate professionals.
• Develop referral incentive programs for partners and parents.
• Track referral sources, conversion rates, and enrollment outcomes.
• Maintain timely, ongoing communication with referral partners.
• Grow recurring student enrollment through referral relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in education services, therapy networks, or referral program management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to organize and track referral data.
• Interest in supporting diverse learners and families.

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone.
• A safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction.
• Familiarity with video platforms used to teach dance and movement.

Contractor Expectations

This is an independent contractor role. Contractors manage their own taxes, equipment, and scheduling while maintaining professional instructional quality and communication. Vyagale’s Academy provides enrollment coordination, scheduling support, and a collaborative teaching environment.
