Job description
Tasks
- Drive and monitor retail sales performance across assigned stores.
- Educate and train store associates on skincare products and selling techniques.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
- Organize product demonstrations, in-store events, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports.
Requirements
- Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for skincare, product education, and customer engagement.
- Must have a reliable personal car and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel throughout New York City and New Jersey.
