SEAMTRACK SA is seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to join our customer service team in Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador. In this role, you will directly impact customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming customer calls with courteous and efficient service. Proactively resolve customer questions and issues effectively. Record all relevant customer interaction details accurately in the system. Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
