ELA High School Teacher

Role Description This full-time, on-site ELA High School Teacher role at Christian Community School/SD in Santo Domingo focuses on delivering engaging English Language Arts instruction to high school learners. The teacher designs and implements standards-based lessons, facilitates class discussions, assigns and evaluates written work, and supports students in developing reading comprehension, critical thinking, and effective writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, maintaining an organized and respectful classroom environment, monitoring student progress, and providing timely feedback and academic support.
