Join Piratheep Jeyakantharajah as an Electrical Plant Technician in Pecos, Texas. We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator – Electrical to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems within our power plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical systems of engines and auxiliary equipment to detect faults and implement corrective or preventive actions
• Identify and report abnormalities promptly to Control Room Operators
• Participate in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance during shifts
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain accurate operational logs for main and auxiliary equipment
• Respond appropriately to alarms, including temperature and pressure deviations
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and well-organized plant environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with electrical systems in industrial or power plant settings
• Knowledge of electrical control systems in continuous production or power plant environments
• Strong ability to monitor and interpret operational data
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with control room and maintenance teams
