Electrical Superintendent - Government Projects

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Huntsville, AL, for an Electrical Superintendent specializing in government projects. The individual in this role will oversee and manage electrical contracting projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations of electrical teams, troubleshooting electrical systems, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project timelines. The Superintendent will also ensure safety protocols are strictly maintained and provide technical expertise to resolve electrical challenges. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and project coordination Comprehensive knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles Experience in Electrical Contracting and familiarity with industry standards and government project requirements Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical systems and problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical disciplines are advantageous Previous experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus Familiarity with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations Key Skills Supervisory Skills, Electrical Contracting, troubleshooting, electrical codes and safety regulations
