Email Marketing Community Engagement Specialist

Manage high-performing email campaigns, automations, promotions, giveaways, and community engagement initiatives. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, build email automations & customer journeys, segment audiences and run A/B tests, write engaging email copy & CTAs, monitor campaign performance and deliverability, manage giveaways, raffles & promotional campaigns, support community engagement initiatives, prepare campaign reports and performance insights. Requirements include 3+ years of Email Marketing experience, hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot, strong knowledge of email automation & segmentation, experience with analytics and campaign reporting, strong copywriting and communication skills, eCommerce/Shopify experience is a plus, Canva/Adobe experience is an advantage.
