Join us as an Email Strategist, where you'll play a critical role in shaping email marketing strategies for our luxury e-commerce clients. You will work closely with account managers and designers to deliver impactful email campaigns that resonate with affluent customer bases. This position requires expertise in Klaviyo and familiarity with luxury brand aesthetics.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement email marketing strategies using Klaviyo.Collaborate with account managers to set content calendars and oversee email programs.Build and execute email campaigns, ensuring alignment with client branding and design standards.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure flawless execution and deliverability.Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.Assist in client communications via Slack and potentially participate in calls for feedback.Support the sales process through data audits and initial campaign setups.
Requirements3+ years of experience managing Klaviyo campaigns and email marketing strategies.Proficiency in creating and optimizing email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.Strong understanding of e-commerce, particularly in luxury fashion, beauty, wellness, and skincare.Excellent English communication skills for client interactions.Ability to work in the US Eastern time zone.
Nice to HavesExperience with Shopify, Postscript, and Attentive.Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools like Figma.Previous experience in a similar agency environment.Knowledge of affluent customer behavior and luxury brand aesthetics.
