Tasks
- Offering counseling services to employees.
- Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Managing employee complaints.
- Provides centralized human resource services on Philippines’ government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG; local benefits programs, and benefit invoice management.
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefit programs.
