Employment Law Attorney – Remote | San Francisco, CA

A growing California employment law practice is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to defend school districts. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an attorney with an established employment litigation defense background and strong case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend school districts in employment litigation matters.
• Manage cases proactively, from research and analysis through negotiation and resolution.
• Handle matters involving class actions and PAGA claims.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues in writing and orally.

Qualifications

• Well-established, exclusive background in employment litigation defense.
• Knowledge of class actions and PAGA matters.
• California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
• Superior research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Public entity defense experience is a plus.
• Commitment to proactive case management.
