Employment Training Assistant

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalency AND 6+ months of customer service experience
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to various worksites

Responsibilities:
• Information gathering for initial intake and to verify eligibility of participants
• Counseling, job coaching and development under supervision
• Monitoring of sub-grantees under supervision
