Tramery Rack Yasteel is hiring an Accounting Manager (Encargada de Contabilidad) in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. This is a full-time, on-site position for an organized, proactive accounting professional with experience in general and financial accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities and qualifications
- Manage general and financial accounting activities.
- Handle cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage tax obligations.
- Prepare IR-17 and IR-3 tax filings and handle TSS and SISALRIL matters.
- Prepare payroll and use accounting software.
- Analyze financial information and support sound business decisions.
- Bring strong organizational skills, initiative, and professional judgment.
