Engineering Lead – Financial Services Cloud

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for Salesforce FSC and Advisor Experience initiatives.
• Define architecture, technology strategy, development standards, and best practices.
• Lead distributed onshore/offshore engineering teams.
• Design solutions for Advisor Workbench, Client 360, Household Management, Client Onboarding, Financial Planning, CRM, and Case Management.
• Lead Salesforce customization, modernization, and digital transformation.
• Design integrations using MuleSoft, Salesforce APIs, REST, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with Product, Business, Architecture, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Lead modernization of legacy CRM and advisor-facing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and critical incidents.

Requirements

• 12+ Years Experience
• 12+ years of software engineering/technology delivery experience.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Strong experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Investments, Retirement, or Asset Management.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise application development and modernization.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong CRM architecture and digital transformation experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in
