Marcus Vinícius Medeiros Azevedo is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Barra do Corda, Maranhão, Brazil. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic engineering projects and foster innovation within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for engineering projects aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain to facilitate engineering initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on project status and team performance.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure operational efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Required).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
