Marcus Vinícius Medeiros Azevedo is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Barra do Corda, Maranhão, Brazil . This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to oversee engineering projects, drive strategic initiatives, and foster innovation within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product development, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and maintain high-quality engineering standards. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on project status and team performance. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering department. Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to maximize operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required). Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills. Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping engineering practices and outcomes.
