About the Role

Praxis Robotics is hiring a hands-on Site Operations Lead in São Paulo, Brazil, to launch and support partner sites that collect first-person video for physical AI systems. You will help factories and other businesses build reliable data collection operations, from initial pilots through daily execution and expansion. The role is based in São Paulo and the surrounding region; your base may evolve with partner-site needs.

You will report to a US-based Strategic Project Lead or Program Manager, who reports to the Global Head of Operations. This is a broad, evolving opportunity for an adaptable operator ready to take on increasing ownership as Praxis Robotics grows.

Language Requirements

Fluent English and Portuguese are required. You must be comfortable leading live calls, discussing operational data, handling difficult conversations, and writing clear updates in English with your US-based manager. Portuguese is essential for working with local partners. Interviews include a live English conversation and a practical operations exercise.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and support partner sites, from initial pilots through daily operations and expansion.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and supervisors; establish regular check-ins and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Train supervisors and workers on site processes, expectations, and data collection procedures.
• Monitor throughput and operational performance, investigate issues, and coordinate practical recovery plans.
• Resolve equipment, connectivity, and upload problems, including sourcing hardware and coordinating with local providers.
• Run pilots and experiments on factory floors while protecting safety and data integrity.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with workers and supervisors to ensure commitments are met.
• Travel frequently within Brazil to support partner sites and operational needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Strong hands-on operations, site management, field operations, or project coordination experience.
• Confidence working directly with business owners, managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
• Ability to interpret operational data, identify problems, and drive follow-through.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment in difficult conversations.
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, and comfort making decisions in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• A practical, safety-conscious approach to solving problems and maintaining data quality.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil.
