Engineering Project Manager

Tasks

• Own project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Quality, Operations, Support, Sales, and external partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, and recovery plans.
• Drive accountability and ensure technical teams meet agreed timelines and commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and changes clearly.
• Lead project reviews and ensure action items are completed.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, engineering, or technical operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Preferred: Experience with hardware, software, firmware, or enterprise technology projects.
• Preferred: Customer-facing project management or technical escalation experience.
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating global teams and technology vendors.
