Senior QA Engineer

Tasks

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, system, and UAT testing.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Automate web, API, and backend testing.
• Validate end-to-end banking and payment workflows.
• Test payment systems including ACH, Wire Transfers, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, Card Payments, Zelle, and Digital Payments.
• Validate transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support production validation.

Requirements

• 8+ Years in QA
• 5+ Years in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments
• USC, GC, H4 EAD, GC EAD (No OPT/CPT/H1B)
• Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience with API, web application, and backend testing.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and transaction lifecycles.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Candidates with previous Truist experience or strong banking domain experience.
