Company is hiring an experienced Engineering Supervisor for Rooms in Bucerías, Nayarit, Mexico. This full-time position is key to maintaining and optimizing our rooms division facilities in Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and live near the work location to ensure hands-on leadership and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring safety and quality standards compliance. Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. Manage engineering projects with a focus on timely delivery and budget adherence. Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve equipment or system issues. Coordinate communication between engineering and other departments to support smooth operations. Maintain detailed documentation for projects, maintenance, and safety protocols. Implement training programs to develop the engineering team’s skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of supervisory experience in engineering or facilities management. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project management and quality control processes. Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and technical engineering expertise.
