Marcus Vinícius Medeiros Azevedo is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Barra do Corda, Maranhão, Brazil . This full-time role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about driving engineering excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery. Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain high-quality standards. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status and team performance to senior management. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team. Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to maximize operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required). Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency with relevant engineering software and project management tools. Experience in strategic planning and project management.
