Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online English-speaking classes.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
- Help learners build confidence in speaking English through interactive sessions.
- Explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and learner-friendly manner.
- Prepare and deliver classes using the learning materials provided by Vision of Sam.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assign practice activities and review student performance.
- Maintain attendance records and class reports.
- Communicate professionally with students regarding classes and progress.
- Collaborate with the Vision of Sam team and implement feedback when required.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly, confidently, and in a learner-friendly manner.
- Friendly, patient, and encouraging teaching style.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to conduct online classes independently.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A laptop and tablet with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet, professional workspace suitable for conducting online classes.
- Basic familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.
