Teach English to students using an innovative approach that develops their language skills, critical thinking, and communication through creative, engaging, student-centered methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning & Design: Create units that incorporate cooperative learning, gamification, flipped classroom, task-based and project-based learning—all supported by immersive tools, interactive apps, and digital platforms. Dynamic Classroom Delivery: Facilitate debates, role plays, presentations, peer teaching, and hands‑on activities. Ongoing Assessment: Use oral checks, clear rubrics, and student self‑evaluation to monitor progress. Individualized Adaptation: Customize materials and approaches based on different levels, interests, and learning preferences. Tech Integration: Leverage educational apps, web resources, videos, and formative software tools to enrich lessons Collaborative Projects: Encourage group work and peer collaboration in and out of class. Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with families and colleagues to share progress and identify student needs. Professional Growth: Keep up with teaching innovations through courses, webinars, reading, and collaboration with other educators. Requirements Education: Degree in English Teaching, Higher Education, TESOL/TEFL, or a related field. Language Level: English proficiency at C1–C2 (fluent speaking & academic writing).
