Enterprise Desktop Support Specialist - Santa Fe, NM

Devbytes inc is seeking a skilled Enterprise Desktop Support Specialist for a contract role based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This position focuses on delivering expert technical support for enterprise computer systems, hardware, and software to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems to ensure peak performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory to maintain secure user access and permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues promptly.
• Respond effectively to technical inquiries and user support requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and issue resolutions.
• Assist with configuration and installation of new hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory services.
• Strong network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Previous experience in an enterprise IT support role is preferred.

This role requires close collaboration with IT Managers, Network Engineers, and Systems Administrators to ensure cohesive and efficient technical support delivery. The position is on-site in Santa Fe, NM, and is not remote eligible.
