Enterprise Product Analyst

Tasks

• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify business needs and priorities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Define business requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate across business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
• Support UAT, change management, training, and project delivery.
• Track requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support business case development and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Management
• Enterprise Platforms: SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and ServiceNow
• Business and Technical Requirements Gathering
• Cybersecurity Concepts, Controls, and Frameworks
• Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Process Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Risk Assessment
• User Stories, Functional Requirements, and UAT
• Technical and Operational Documentation
• Project Delivery and Change Management
• Preferred: Agile Delivery and Product Management Tools
• Preferred: System Integration and API Knowledge
• Preferred: Data Analysis and Reporting
• Preferred: Project Management
• Enterprise Product Analyst experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
