Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Compile and interpret data to support business recommendations and decision-making. Participate in project planning sessions by providing insight based on research and analysis. Create documentation for business requirements and assist in the development of project deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate stakeholder requirements. Support senior analysts in preparing reports and presentations for management. Monitor project progress and contribute to ensuring objectives and timelines are met. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
