Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document service calls and provide detailed reports of work performed and any issues identified. Learn to operate and handle HVAC tools and equipment properly in accordance with industry standards. Collaborate with team members on various project tasks while contributing to effective problem-solving. Participate in training programs to enhance HVAC knowledge and gain certifications. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Basic understanding of HVAC principles and systems preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with HVAC tools and technical terminology is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not necessary.
