Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer requests for lockouts, lock repairs, and installations. Use locksmith tools and techniques to service various locking mechanisms. Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating and understanding client needs. Diagnose lock and key problems and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of services and inventory management. Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects and installations. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with locksmithing tools and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Basic locksmithing, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
