Job description
Locksmith Queen Creek is hiring a full-time Automotive Locksmith in Queen Creek, Arizona. Help local drivers regain access to their vehicles and keep their keys and locking systems working reliably. You will join a customer-focused team, report to the Lead Locksmith, and collaborate with sales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, program, and duplicate automotive keys using appropriate locksmith tools and techniques.
- Diagnose and repair locking mechanism issues across a range of vehicles.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant additional services.
- Maintain accurate service call, customer, and inventory records.
- Keep current with automotive locksmith tools, technologies, and industry practices.
- Work with teammates to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in locksmithing, including automotive services.
- Experience with locksmith tools and equipment.
- Strong customer communication and sales skills.
- Relevant locksmith certifications are preferred but not required.
Team and Work Environment
Work alongside skilled locksmith professionals to solve vehicle access and locking problems while providing dependable service. This is a full-time, on-site role in Queen Creek, AZ; remote work is not available.
