Key Responsibilities Perform automotive key cutting, programming, and duplication using appropriate tools and techniques. Diagnose and resolve locking mechanism issues in various types of vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Utilize sales skills to recommend additional services based on customer needs. Keep accurate records of service calls, customer information, and inventory. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure effective service delivery. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing related to automotive services. Strong sales skills to enhance customer interactions and service delivery. Proficient in using locksmithing tools and equipment. Relevant certifications in locksmithing are preferred but not required. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a locksmithing role.
