About the role

The recruiting team finds sales talent nationwide, and recruiters own the candidate search process while managing the needs of a dedicated hiring manager. No experience is necessary, and paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidates through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Help ensure candidates have a seamless initial onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.

• Be self-motivated, set ambitious goals, and work relentlessly to achieve them.
• Have excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Be coachable and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
