Entry Level Recruiter - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

You will own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated hiring manager. No experience is necessary; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Self-motivated, with ambitious goals and a commitment to achieving them.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Coachable and able to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
