Entry Level Recruiter

About the role

Recruiting at Total Quality Logistics offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader of over 9,000 employees. The recruiting team finds sales talent nationwide. You will own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated hiring manager. No experience is necessary; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated, set ambitious goals, and work relentlessly to achieve them.
• Have excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Be coachable and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• A college degree is preferred, but not required. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
