Tasks

Your tasks as EOC Event Planner may include, among others:

Point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries/inducted/completed events with all departments (Production, Engineering, Material, Quality and Shipping)Clarification/evaluation of engineering, material/parts, manpower and tooling availabilityCalculating planned and actual hours for the eventCalculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround timesResponsible for event scheduling and communication to necessary groups/individualsCreate work packet for engine event from customer purchase orderCoordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and shipping for off-site engine eventsTrack KPI'sCreate invoice and distributeAvailability to be on call after hours as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Director of MES Customer Service and Operational Support

Requirements
