Epic Care Everywhere Analyst II
Remote | Contract | 6+ months
AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an Epic Care Everywhere Analyst II for a remote contract opportunity. In this role, you will analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic applications and Care Everywhere workflows. You will also troubleshoot integrated third-party applications, support end users, and contribute to training and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate system and change documentation.
- Monitor production applications and respond to incidents, including 24/7 on-call support as needed.
- Execute all phases of testing for Epic Care Everywhere workflows.
- Collaborate with end users and application teams to develop educational materials.
- Respond to patient matching requests from external partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of Epic and the Care Everywhere module.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Epic Care Everywhere certification.
- At least 2–3 years of experience working with Epic Care Everywhere.
- Experience with Epic build, support, and implementation strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting interoperability workflows is preferred.
- Experience working with operations and/or clinical staff is preferred.
- Proficiency in documenting application builds and maintaining change records is preferred.
