Epic Care Anywhere Analyst II
Location: Remote (Jersey City, New Jersey, United States)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Epic Care Everywhere Analyst II to perform comprehensive Epic application system analysis and design. This role includes requirements gathering, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of Epic systems. The analyst will also provide application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting. Additionally, support for integrated third-party applications may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor production Epic applications and respond promptly to incidents, including providing 24/7 on-call support as needed.
- Lead and execute all phases of testing for Epic Care Everywhere workflows to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Collaborate closely with end users and cross-functional application teams to develop clear educational materials and documentation.
- Respond efficiently to patient matching requests received from external partners, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems appropriately.
- Stay current with Epic system updates and maintain expertise in the Care Everywhere module.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Epic Care Everywhere certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands-on experience working with Epic Care Everywhere.
- Proven experience in Epic build, support, and implementation processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting interoperability workflows within healthcare systems.
- Ability to work effectively with operations and clinical staff.
- Strong skills in documenting build processes and maintaining change control documentation.
