Job description

Epic Care Anywhere Analyst II Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States Contract Duration: 6+ Months Position Type: Contract About the Role: AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Epic Care Everywhere Analyst II to perform comprehensive Epic application system analysis and design. This role includes requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of Epic systems. The analyst will also provide ongoing Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting. Additionally, the role may involve supporting integrated third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update system documentation accurately. Monitor production Epic Care Everywhere applications and respond promptly to incidents, including 24/7 on-call support as required. Execute all phases of testing for Epic Care Everywhere workflows to ensure system integrity. Collaborate with end users and application teams to develop clear educational materials and documentation. Respond to patient matching requests from external partners efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary. Stay current with Epic software updates and the Care Everywhere module functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and work experience. Epic Care Everywhere certification is required. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Epic Care Everywhere, including build, support, and implementation. Experience supporting interoperability workflows is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work effectively with clinical and operational staff. Strong skills in documenting build processes and maintaining change management documentation. Work Location: This position is based in Jersey City, NJ and is not remote eligible.
