Job description
Assist with real estate closings, prepare & review sales docs, assemble closing statements, perform title searches, verify funds, taxes & insurance, prepare escrow instructions, obtain signatures, and coordinate with mortgage companies. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as an Escrow Officer, Proficient with MS Office Suite, Experience with Escrow Base is a plus! Full-Time Temporary, Starting Pay: 35.00 USD/hour, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
