Panelized Roof Structures | Construction Industry

Tasks

• Manage projects from initial bidding through production, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, materials, and deadlines.
• Review blueprints, structural drawings, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction estimating or project management.
• Strong knowledge of structural framing, roof systems, or prefabricated construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
• Experience with construction estimating, material takeoffs, and project scheduling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Experience with panelized roof structures, trusses, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
