About the role
Commercial Waterproofing Estimator / Project Manager
Tasks
- Estimate and/or manage commercial roofing and waterproofing projects
- Partner with sales, operations and field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Work with general contractors, clients and internal teams
- Track budgets, schedules and project details from preconstruction through closeout
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing
- Estimating, project management or a combination of both
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction, building systems and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
Pay
- $85K – $95K+ base salary
- Quarterly performance bonus
