ETL Developer/Data Engineer

Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Perform ETL, data transformation, and data warehouse testing.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and database performance.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and manage scheduling.
• Create data models, document data flows, and validate business rules.
• Maintain secure and reliable data integration processes.

Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) – 3+ years, including API source integration
• Advanced SQL & MS SQL Server – 4+ years
• Data Testing – 3+ years
• Data Warehouse Testing – 2+ years
• Python – Pandas, NumPy, and DataFrame operations
• C# – 2+ years
• Microsoft Fabric – 1+ year
• Azure Managed SQL Server, indexing, database security, and backups
• Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions using C#
• ETL/ODS, data warehousing, and source-to-target documentation
• Preferred: Commercial Real Estate domain experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of data security and cybersecurity
• Preferred: Experience with multiple databases and data integration tools
