About the role
International Islamic College (IIC) is seeking an Examination Assistant for examination sessions scheduled from 2 to 5 November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Prepare examination venues one hour before each session.
- Prepare examination materials, including stationery, a wall clock, and refreshments, for the invigilator in each venue before the examination starts.
- Assist Course Coordinators during examinations with additional materials, such as extra papers, corrections, and formulas.
- Accompany students to the toilet and record their entry to and exit from examination venues.
- Assist students with issues during examination sessions, such as a lost matric card or illness.
- Assist invigilators with procedures for handling cheating cases.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Good working attitude, self-discipline, and self-motivation.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
