Programme Coordinator – DKM Pengajaran Tahfiz

About the role

International Islamic College (IIC) is seeking a Programme Coordinator – DKM Pengajaran Tahfiz to coordinate and support the development of the assigned programme in accordance with JPK requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Written Instructional Materials (WIM) as directed by PPB.
• Prepare and complete documents required for JPK accreditation and programme approval.
• Coordinate preparation for the JPK accreditation visit and related assessment activities.
• Follow up on comments, findings, amendments, or additional requirements from the JPK accreditation visit.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date programme files and documentation.
• Monitor programme development, WIM preparation, and accreditation documentation.
• Perform other programme-related tasks assigned by the PPB or deemed necessary by college management.

Requirements

• At least SKM in Pengajaran Tahfiz.
• Kursus Induksi PP-PPD-PPB.
• Certificate in Vocational Training Operation (VTO) or TEVT Instructional (TVET-I).
• Ability to develop WIM.
• Good working attitude, self-discipline, and self-motivation.
• Good interpersonal and proactive skills.
• Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
