Executive Assistant AI-Enabled Social Media Content Operations VA

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, independent, and AI-comfortable VA who can initially support social media and content operations, with the potential to gradually take on broader Executive Assistant/business support responsibilities as they become familiar with the business.

The successful candidate will work closely within your existing Notion-based workflow and use AI extensively to support content, publishing, organisation, and other operational activities.

This is not intended to be a traditional administrative EA role. The priority is someone who can take ownership, work independently, keep things moving, and reduce the amount of day-to-day management required from you.

Hourly Rate: Php 250 – 325
