Boutique investment firm is seeking a Executive Assistant to support a CEO/Founder one on one
ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's ever changing calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings both internally, externally and personal calendarHandle all travel logisticsAssist in organizing eventsSupport fundraising process with CRM system, gift buying, reservation coordination and special event planningAssist in executing ad hoc projectsRole involves heavy calendaring with a 24/7 mindsetProvide some personal assistance as needed, about 20% of the role mostly around calendaringIn office full time 9am - 6pm and flexible for OT work as needed
QualificationsBachelor’s degree5+ years of administrative support experience in financial servicesStart-up experience and experience with fundraising is preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical skills, MS Office Suite is requiredExperience using SmartSheets or similar project management toolsAbility to pivot to changing needsNo job is too small mentalityAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlines, and be highly organizedExperience in and a love for event planning, travel and client service
