Equity Kids is seeking a passionate, community-driven Executive Director to lead our growing organization. We’re looking for an experienced visionary who can translate our mission to explore ways of rejecting racism into clear, measurable goals and multi-year strategies.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS WITH:
• Experience in non-profit leadership and collaboration with boards
• Proven track record for fundraising and outreach through major gift solicitation, grants management, and building donor relationships
• Commitment to principles of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
