Shital Bankar is hiring a motivated and dynamic Executive for Sales and Marketing in Real Estate to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate offerings effectively.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and comprehensive market research.
• Create engaging marketing materials and presentations to attract prospective buyers.
• Manage customer relationships with strong communication and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing campaigns and sales events.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to guide business strategies and decisions.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month.
