Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diverse HVAC systems. Install new heating and cooling units adhering to industry standards and company protocols. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues in residential and commercial settings. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and explaining system operations. Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used. Work closely with team members to refine service techniques and uphold high standards. Engage in continuous training to stay updated on HVAC technologies and industry trends. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair. Relevant certifications preferred (EPA certification, NATE certification). Proficient with HVAC tools and diagnostic technology. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
