We are looking for a compassionate, reliable full-time childcare professional dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development in a safe, supportive home environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in a safe, friendly environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. Maintain a clean, organized play area to foster a positive atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and daily activities. Manage daily routines including meals, naps, playtime, and occasional errands with children. Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with each child. Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure children’s security. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of childcare or related experience. Strong skills in patience, communication, organization, time management, empathy, and reliability. Background check clearance mandatory before employment. CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
